Scott & Tami Free lead City Takers Movement based in Atlanta, GA. For the last 15 years, City Takers has been intentional in reaching the poor and marginalized through inner city ministry & urban church planting. In 2019, they launched a Sunday expression morning called Crossover Church ATL. City Takers is known for its community presence, diverse, multi-ethnic, multi-class body and use of urban arts. City Takers’ mission is to ‘raise up urban missionaries that transform cities through hip-hop, love and Jesus.” The focus of the movement is to train & equip the saints for the work of ministry (Eph 4) and to ‘be The Church’ as a lifestyle vs an event.
